7 Nights of Summer is St. Louis' newest multi-genre concert series, presented by Stereo Assault. This is the third installment of #7NOS and features the wonderful R&B stylings of St. Louis' Teresajenee.

Friday, July 17th
Good ole folk punk coming to Foam on Friday night with Illinois' Old Fox Road and Texas' Dead Words. Also on the bill is locals Katy Maness, QU3STION! and the a very non-folk punk band LifeWithout. They stick out like a sore thumb on this bill, but it should only improve on the show.

Two excellent free improv groups are releasing completely improvised tapes on Friday at Pulitzer. Sun Bros is a trio of Joe Hess (Hardbody, Complainer, BRAINING) on drums, Sam Clapp (The Brainstems, Strong Force) on guitar and JJ Hamon (Demonlover) on homemade electric and acoustic instruments. Hess/Cunningham Duo is two-thirds of math rock band Hardbody.

 Saturday July 18th
Bump & Hustle is a monthly DJ night, dance party at Blank Space with resident DJs DJ MAKossa and Nappy DJ Needles. Saturday marks the third anniversary of this monthly event. Guaranteed to be a blast as Edan the Deejay from New York will be stopping in to join the fun.

Free show of eclectic acts
Terrific experimental act Asumaya from Madison, Wisconsin will be joining some of the most talented people in St. Louis for a free show at Layla that will very entertaining.

Post-hardcore band from Toronto Peace Be Still will be coming through and stopping by Melt with indie art rock Carte de Visite. Also Birds of Stanhope and Tiny Wings will be there. Figure that shit out yourself.
